I think you made the right choice. I like the chair painted black, and that fabric is really cool.Talk to you soon ;)Bunny Jean
I am so impressed! I am lucky if I can get a project finished and you did it 3 times. Looks great!
Lovely! I think white was your thing 20 yrs ago. ;)
When I was painting the chair for the third time my neighbor said, "What about white?" and I said oh I've done that. You were there for it LeeLee! Miss you!
This is beautiful! I'm currently working on a Goodwill chair and it'll be black too. I hate to keep painting everything black, but I just love it. It's a classic!
Oooh. It just got better and better. I love the fabric you ended up with and the black gives it some drama. Score!Pamela
Third time really is a charm. Such a pretty after :)
I liked it with both the black and the dark grey!http://40daysof.wordpress.com/2010/04/11/the-transformation-of-my-breakfast-room/

third time is definitely the charm. good for you that you kept trying til it worked!
HA! I've done that same thing. I'd finish a project and then no sooner was the paint dry, and I'd be sanding it down again. I LOVE the 3rd makeover on the chair..definitely the right combination.Lisa
it looks great!!That's funny that you did it over again, I"m too lazy :)
I'mm with ya on the darker colors. I've been painting everything black lately. I love that fabric!! I had it in mind for my curtains in the living room - still trying to decide for sure, but it looks AMAZING on that chair!! Great jhob!
I love the back on the chair and the fabric you found. Nice job.
